Terms and Conditions:
Order
- When you place an order, you agree to purchase the goods at the specified price. Once you place an order, you cannot cancel the order, even if we have not yet accepted or rejected your order.
- Once an order is confirmed, the product details cannot be changed. The delivery address, delivery time, or contact information can be modified by contacting us.
- We will make every effort to complete every purchase order placed by customers through the MeowUp online store. However, if MeowUp refuses or is unable to complete any purchase order for any reason (including shortage of goods or changes in supply), MeowUp will not be liable to any person for such reason.
- If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will credit your account with any amount we have deducted from your account as soon as possible within thirty (30) days of your order. You accept that we are not required to make any compensation for your dissatisfaction.
- If the customer incorrectly selects the area or time period in the delivery details, the official revision will be automatically applied without further notice.
Price and Payment
- We must ensure that the prices and information of the products listed on the MeowUp online store are updated, but MeowUp reserves the right to change the prices and other information of the products without notice.
- We only accept cash on delivery or Paypal payment.
- We use third-party payment services to conduct online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that your payment information will be collected, processed, and retained by us and our payment service provider, subject to their terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred or incurred by you in connection with the transaction, and we shall not be liable for any such losses, in whole or in part, under any circumstances.
Delivery
- Except on Sundays and when Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, we only deliver to certain areas in Hong Kong from Monday to Saturday. We currently do not deliver to overseas or particularly remote areas. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion.
- You agree and accept that we will not cancel your order or issue a refund under any circumstances.
- We will deliver your ordered merchandise to the delivery address you provide through our staff. The merchandise is deemed delivered and accepted by you when you confirm receipt of the merchandise. If you are unable to receive your merchandise for any reason, you agree and accept that we may, at our option, charge you an additional fee or cancel your order.
- Unless otherwise specified, products will be shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday) after order confirmation.
- Any times and dates for shipping products, or the time required for delivery, are estimates only. If we are unable to meet the shipping or delivery date or time for any order, we will notify you of the progress of your order.
- Once your ordered merchandise has been shipped to you, you become the owner of the merchandise. You hold the merchandise at your own risk and we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
- Free delivery is available for orders of $500 or less. Remote areas are excluded; please refer to our delivery schedule for details.
Returns or Exchanges
- We offer a 7-day exchange service. Please bring your receipt and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests received after this date will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are only available for products with quality issues. Personal preferences, pet preferences, or tastes are not accepted as a reason for return.
- Returned items must be intact with their packaging, accessories, and at least 90% of their original quantity. Otherwise, they cannot be exchanged.
- All completed orders are non-refundable. Customers may exchange the exchanged item for an item of equal value. If the exchanged item is worth less than the original item, the difference will not be refunded.
- Any gifts must be returned with the return.
- Exchanges require on-site inspection. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the goods have been inspected and found to be correct.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- We do not represent or warrant that access to our website (including the use of mobile applications or software) or any part thereof will be uninterrupted, reliable, or error-free.
- We do not represent or warrant to you that our website or any content will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
- You agree that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. While we strive to protect such information, we do not guarantee and cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us. Any information you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk.
Guarantee
You represent, warrant and undertake that you will not:
- Use our website for any fraudulent or illegal purpose;
- Interrupt or interfere with the operation of our website or the servers or networks used to make our website available; or violate any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of such networks;
- Transmit or distribute to our website any viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other computer code that is harmful or invasive or that may or is intended to damage the operation of or monitor the use of any hardware, software or equipment;
- Reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose any part of our website (including applications or software) or any use of or connection to it;
In the event of any dispute, MeowUp reserves the right to make the final decision and may amend these Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions before placing any purchase order. Once a purchase order is placed, customers are deemed to have accepted the then-current Terms and Conditions.
